Muskogee Tree is expanding it’s operation, and currently looking for new Ground Hands in the Muskogee, Oklahoma area. Successful candidates will :

  • have a driver’s license in good standing
  • be highly motivated self-starters
  • be drug-free* and responsible with alcohol
  • be eager to learn and able to take and execute direction
  • have exceptional physical stamina and be in good shape
  • possess a knack for problem-solving, time-management skills, and a positive attitude
  • value punctuality, honesty, and professionalism

Experience is not required for the Ground Hand position, but experienced individuals can progress more quickly to higher pay levels.

The Ground Support position has a 60-day evaluation/probationary period, after which you will begin accruing PTO.

Please note : If you can’t get out of bed in the morning, you like to procrastinate, have excessive legal or custody responsibilities, no transportation, or you have a habit of being late almost everywhere you go, then this isn’t the job for you. We have a very low tolerance for tardiness and absenteeism. However, if you pride yourself on being tougher than most, you finish what you start and can work well in a team… you just might enjoy working for Muskogee Tree!

* Additionally, the Ground Hand job is classified as a “Safety-Sensetive” job according to the  Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act .
As of January 1st, 2023, we do not hire applicants who have Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Cards.
